Leadership skills may differ from one person to another through defined approaches. The specification of clear methods will be used in implementing some of the set priorities. Organizations tend to promote the best entities that will encourage the spread of leadership skills. Different stages should be developed with the anticipation of obtaining proper methodologies all the time. Presence of defined approaches will enhance the trends at which the organization is able to achieve the set goals. Leadership priorities should be provided with the anticipation of developing different results when needed by the organization (Worth J.G. Ferguson, 2004).Leadership entails numerous visions that will be used in enhancing the set goals of an organi zation. Leadership should be formed on the anticipation of improving different enterprises without discriminating any individual. On my own views concerning the leadership vision, there should be defined methods that may necessitate the level of control in the organization. Presence of different entities will be formulated hence getting the correct results at a given time. Improved aspects should thus be set up with the achievement of goals being set as the control mechanism. All the properties leading to improved leadership skills in the organization must be under different criteria of the goals. In addition, the presence of proper methodologies should be set with the aim of gaining access to different approaches in the organization (Stronge, Richard, Catano, 2008).The organization I am working for had been having different challenges concerning the delivery of services within the required time. Customers were discouraged on the level of services that were being delivered hence pr eferring to consider the same service elsewhere. As a team leader in the human resources department, I was able to come up with a different approach towards solving the problem. The integration of information technology in the department was essential towards yielding the best results at a given time. Enhancement of the system priorities was done with the anticipation of controlling wastage that had been experienced earlier. The control of specific priorities was done with the main aim of coming up with correct deliverables of operation.With the enhanced priorities of performance in the organization, all the operations were raised to a higher bar. Increased methodologies in the operations were done with a clear entity all the time. The improvement of the set measures was then done through the clarity and performance of enhanced criteria.
